Echeveria nodulosa and its blooming.

The name just came to me. Its blooming..but that seems to taken some color out of the plant.

These like many echeveria seem to prefer cooler weather to summer doldrums...

Thanks J,Ron/Vie. This is hard to imagine reach a 2 foot let alone 3' clump as written up on the internet. Growing small on trees or large Cycads as I've seen photo's of,makes more sense. I guess I split the difference over potting it as it started out as a fast grower.
Yep Vie,its like an Aeonium,as others succulents welcome the warm with open arms?...these tend to fade instead.

Nice..planter boxes like that make the other half happier I know that. This plant also grows epiphytically. I might try that with extra cuttings.

Its still in bloom on Sept.3rd.

Nodulosa likes some shade but not too much.
