Cactus ID

The neighbors left this one on my stairs when they moved out, along with a little Opuntia microdasys.

It lived in a 4" pot until recently, so it's probably a bit stunted.
Just looking for an ID, maybe an Echinopsis? It has taken summer dry and winter wet (mild temps here).

They weren't cactus people, so I'm guessing it's something commonly available in California.

Looks like sunburned Echinocactus grusonii. IMHO
