Re: Agave parryi ssp. neomexicana
That middle one is unbelievable! I've never seen a neomexicana with such wide leaves.

Mckittrick Canyon on the southsud of the Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Most within the canyon showed to have crossed with lechuguilla/gracilipes at some point in the past.

Re: Agave parryi ssp. neomexicana
These are so beautiful, the contrast of the dark, almost black teeth against the powder blue rosettes is so striking. I have one in the greenhouse that I really should plant out in strong light.

Re: Agave parryi ssp. neomexicana
From what you’ve described, your area is definitely dry enough and warm enough. I don’t see a reason for it not to be in the ground in a well lit area.
