Agave
"American aloe plant," 1797, from Greek Agaue, proper name in mythology (mother of Pentheus), from agauos "noble," perhaps from agasthai "wonder at".

Thanks! I am amazed that they fit so nicely in pots. I want to plant a few of my little ones in the ground. Jkw
