Hello everyone
What do you think is this a regular Adenium obesum or a. somalense (narrow longer leaves)? a hybrid? help is needed. Thanks

I suspect, but do not know, that it is a hybrid. If it was a true species they might have labeled it as such.

Additionally flowers not right for pure obesum, those like the leaves look more like somalense, but the trunk does not - gives more of an obesum vibe.
It is what it is!
