One of the best intergeneric productions. Nice and hardy (down to around 20F) and easy, though suckers profusely necessitating some trimming/pulling off of dead leaves that tend to get crammed between rosettes (hard to do sometimes without damaging the plant). Leaves are very thick and smooth with a darker set of greenish stripes down the centers. Sometimes leaves can be so pale green they approach white. Flowers are not terribly ornamental and typical of nearly all Gasteraoles.

I haven't tried it..but I suspect that people who want that jade green, grow this one in light shade. Full sun turns it into "tan ice".
Hayward Ca. 75-80f summers,60f winters.
