Aloe identification
Can anyone identify this aloe? Bought it as "succulents assorted" .

Someone else also said it's Aloe Aculeata , but on the Aloe Aculeata thread here on Agaveville someone mentioned that the spines have a white base and that's how you distinguish them from Aloe Marlothii. Mine don't appear to have a white base on the spines

indeed not aculeata, it is ferox or marlothii ( they look the same at this age ).

I've had ferox, marlothii and aculeata since they were babies and I can be wrong but I bet for Marlothii

It's true that its hard to differentiate between marlothii and ferox when they are young but marloithii leaves are spinier on the inside. This one has almost no spines on the inside of the leaf but may be it is too young a plant to give proper identification signs. To me it looks more like ferox though.
